Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as ear-worn devices or wearable items that have been used. Any product that is damaged due to misuse or not in its original condition will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.

  • As we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
